Text

Every public officer, without exacting a fee or charge therefor, shall furnish the commission or the division, on application, with a certified copy of any document, or part thereof, on file in his office, and no public officer shall be entitled to receive from the commission or the division any fee for entering, filing, docketing or recording any document required or authorized by law to be filed in his office.
