Text

1.  Persons and facilities subject to USDA licensure shall comply with the standards and regulations as prescribed by the USDA, as revised from time to time. 2.  Persons and facilities who are subject to sections 273.325 to 273.357 , but who are not subject to USDA licensure, shall comply with rules promulgated by the director which establish standards relating to the following:

(1)Adequate shelter, including proper conditions of sanitation and ventilation;
(2)Adequate food and water; and
(3)Maintenance of records of acquisition and disposition of animals in the custody of the licensee.
