Text
1.All persons engaged in the shearing of sheep or goats shall, within thirty days, register with the department on forms provided by the department and shall further register on the first day of January of each calendar year thereafter. Any person not so registered shall not engage in the shearing of sheep or goats other than his own.
2.All persons engaged in the shearing of sheep and goats in counties having scabies as determined by the department shall clean and disinfect all equipment immediately following the completion of each shearing operation and before leaving the premises. The cleaning and disinfecting shall be in accordance with procedures as outlined by the department.
3.All persons engaged in the shearing of sheep or goats shall, within five days, promptly report any
