Text

1.Sheep or goats from counties or areas within Missouri that have not been certified by the department as being scabies free shall not enter scabies free areas for breeding or feeding purposes unless dipped in an approved dip under supervision within ten days preceding shipment or movement, and satisfactory evidence of the dipping accompanies the shipment and is given to the purchaser or consignee.
2.Undipped sheep and goats from counties or areas that have not been certified by the department and are not known to be infected * with scabies or exposure thereto may enter certified scabies free counties or areas, only when consigned directly to a stockyards market or licensed auction market, provided the sheep or goats are accompanied by a waybill, bill of lading, certificate of inspect
