Text

All breeding and feeding sheep and goats offered for sale, barter or exchange at any market or at any dealer's premises, or otherwise moved or released from any market or dealer's premises, vehicle or conveyance, shall, within ten days of such sale, barter, exchange, release or movement, be dipped in an approved dip under the supervision of an approved licensed veterinarian or an employee of the Missouri department of agriculture or of the animal disease eradication division of the United States Department of Agriculture.
