Text
1.No person, firm, partnership, corporation or association shall engage in the business of leasing, loaning or renting for a specified fee or other compensation male animals of the bovine or suis species for breeding purposes either on an individual or herd service basis until such person, firm, partnership, corporation or association shall have first applied for and received from the department a license to conduct such business.
2.The applicant shall state the nature of the business, the city, village, township, and county and complete post-office address at which the business is conducted, together with any additional information that the department may require.
3.The department shall issue to the applicant a license upon payment of an annual fee of fifteen dollars for each and
