Text
1.Owners and operators of railroads, trucks, airplanes and other conveyances are forbidden to move any livestock, animals or birds through, into or within the state except in compliance with the provisions set forth in sections 267.560 to 267.660 and such rules and regulations of the department as may be adopted hereunder.
2.All railway cars, trucks, airplanes and other conveyances used in the transportation of livestock and birds of any kind shall be maintained in a clean sanitary condition.
3.Owners and operators of railway cars, trucks, airplanes and other conveyances that have been used for the movement of any livestock, animals or birds infected with or exposed to any infectious, contagious or communicable disease shall be required to have such cars, trucks, airplanes and othe
