Text
It shall be unlawful for any distributor or producer to sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale, for consumption or use in this state any agricultural liming materials without first securing a permit from the director. The permit shall expire on the thirtieth day of June each year. Application for the permits shall be on forms furnished by the director.
