Text

1.Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order of the council shall be subject to a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars for each act of violation and for each day that such violation continues, unless the penalty for such violation is otherwise specifically provided for and made exclusive in this chapter.
2.If any person, for the purpose of evading this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order of the council, shall make or cause to be made any false entry or statement in a report required by this chapter or by any such rule, regulation, or order, or shall make or cause to be made any false entry in any record, account, or memorandum required by this chapter, or by any such rule, regulation, or order, or shall omit, or cause to be
