Text

Any person who shall obstruct or prevent or attempt to obstruct or prevent any officer, agent, employee or deputized person under this chapter or any such rules and regulations, while in the performance of his duties, or in the exercise of the right of entry, access or examination by any such officer or agent, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
