No person shall pursue, catch, kill or take any wildlife, as defined in section 252.020 , in any manner, or in any quantity or at any time or place within the boundaries of any state park, except by written provisions issued by the department of natural resources and in conformity with the published rules and regulations of the Missouri department of conservation.
