Text

The portrait of Mark Twain, and the case in which the portrait is now enclosed and located in the north inner corridor of the third, or legislative, floor of the state capitol, is ordered transferred and installed in the Mark Twain shrine in Mark Twain State Park, wherein the portrait shall be located in perpetuity in the custody and under the protection of the department of natural resources.
