Text
Any such sewer district may contribute funds, including the proceeds of its bonds, payable from taxes to any such city, town or village for the purpose of paying the cost of the acquisition, construction, extension or improvement of a sewerage system by such city, town or village; any funds so contributed by such sewer district shall be expended by the governing authorities of such city, town or village.
