The directors appointed under the provisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545 , shall call a meeting of their body at such time and place as may be designated by the directors of the county in which the larger part of the levee district may lie.  Said body shall be known and designated as the "board of directors of levee district No. _________ , lying in the counties of _________ ".  Said board of directors shall organize by electing a president, vice president and secretary, all of whom shall be members of said board, and such other officers, agents and servants as said board of directors shall deem necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545 .
