Text
1.No change of venue shall be allowed in any of the proceedings had under the provisions of sections 242.010 to 242.690 , except where the judge of the court in which the articles of association have been filed shall be disqualified for any of the reasons stated in the statute of this state relating to the change of venue in civil cases.
2.If the judge of such court is disqualified or is charged by any person interested in the formation of said district with being disqualified for any of the reasons stated in the statutes, it shall be the duty of said judge to cause another judge to be transferred or assigned to hear the cause in the same manner as other civil cases.
