Text
Whenever full payment shall be made for any of said land by the purchaser thereof, the county commission shall cause the clerk of said commission to issue to the purchaser or purchasers, his or their heirs or assigns, a patent for the same, which patent shall be signed by the presiding commissioner of the county commission, countersigned by the clerk thereof, and recorded in the swamp land patent book, in the office of the county clerk.
