Text

1.  In addition to the information required under chapter 355 , the articles of incorporation shall set forth:

(1)The purposes for which the corporation is organized including the project description, scope, area, and proposed sources of funding;
(2)That the corporation has no members and is a nonstock corporation; and
(3)A recital that the commission has specifically authorized the corporation to act, has approved the articles of incorporation, and the date of such authorization. 2.  The articles of incorporation may be amended if the board files with the commission a written application specifying the proposed amendments and the commission approves the application by commission minute. 3.  The articles of amendment shall be executed in duplicate for the corporation by its pres
