Text
The costs of filing and defending the petition and all publication and incidental costs incurred in obtaining circuit court certification of the petition for voter approval shall be paid by the petitioners. If a district is organized under sections 238.200 to 238.275 , the petitioners may be reimbursed for such costs out of the revenues received by the district.
