Text

The portion of State Highway 161 from State Highway Z continuing north to CRD 403 in Pike County shall be designated as "Adam Ellis Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
