Text

The portion of Interstate 70 from the Tenth Street ramp to Interstate 70 continuing west to Salisbury Street in the City of St. Louis shall be designated as "Ethel Hedgemon Lyle Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
