The bridge on State Highway WW that crosses over the railroad in the city of Poplar Bluff in Butler County shall be designated the "Senator Bill Foster Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
