Text

The portion of Interstate 70 in Jackson County from the Blue Ridge Cutoff overpass continuing west to the Troost Avenue overpass shall be designated the "Senator Phil B. Curls Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
