The portion of State Highway 163 from Mick Deaver Drive to Old Route K in Boone County shall be designated as "Corporal Stephen Lee Irvin Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
