Text
The portion of State Highway 6 beginning from U.S. State Highway 169 continuing east to Riverside Road through the city of St. Joseph in Buchanan County shall be designated as "Firefighter Travis Owens Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with costs to be paid by private donations.
