Text
The portion of Highway 10 from the western border of the city limits of Norborne in Carroll County to the eastern border of the city limits of Hardin in Ray County shall be designated the "Ray-Carroll County Veterans Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with costs to be paid by private donations.
