Text

The bridge on U.S. Highway 160 crossing over Lick Creek in Ozark County shall be designated the "Barney Douglas (The Citizen) Memorial Bridge".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating the bridge with the costs for such designation to be paid for by private donation.
