Text

The portion of State Highway T from .05 miles west of Laretto Ridge Drive to Decker Road in the town of Labadie in Franklin County shall be designated as "Medal of Honor PVT George Phillips Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department.
