Text

The portion of State Route PP from the intersection of Westwood Boulevard west to the Route 67 interchange in Butler County shall be designated the "PVT Billie G. Kanell Cong. Medal of Honor Memorial Highway".  The department shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
