Text

The portion of Highway 94 from the intersection with Interstate 64 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive/Pitman Hill Road in St. Charles County shall be designated as the "Col. Stephen Scott Memorial Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs of such designation to be paid for by private donation .
