Text

The portion of Highway 63 from the Adair-Macon County line to the northern border of the city limits of the city of Kirksville shall be designated the "Harriet Beard Highway".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with costs to be paid by private donations.
