Text
The portion of Interstate 44 in St. Louis County beginning from its intersection with South Geyer Road and proceeding east to its intersection with South Elm Avenue shall be designated the "Police Officer Ernest M. Brockman Sr. Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
