The portion of Missouri Highway C that crosses over U.S. Highway 79 in Lincoln County shall be designated the "LCPL Patrick W. Schimmel Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost to be paid by private donations.
