The portion of U.S. Highway 61/67 between Wolf Hollow Road and State Route M in the census designated place with more than six thousand one hundred but fewer than six thousand three hundred inhabitants shall be designated the "1922 Sulphur Springs Rail Disaster Memorial Highway".  Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
