The portion of Highway 112 from the intersection of Highway 76 south to the intersection of Highway AA in the county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than thirty-four thousand but fewer than thirty-four thousand one hundred inhabitants shall be designated the "Deputy Christopher Lee Castetter Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
