Text
The portion of Highway 21 from the intersection of Lindbergh Avenue to the intersection of Gravois Road in St. Louis County shall be designated the "Sergeant William McEntee Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs commemorating this portion of highway. Costs for such designation shall be paid for by the Kirkwood police officers.
