The new Highway 19 Missouri River Bridge in Hermann slated for completion in December 2007 shall be designated the "Senator Christopher S. Bond Bridge".  The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs commemorating this portion of highway .  Costs for such designation shall be paid for by local organizations.
