Text
The portion of State Highway M within Washington County which is located within the city limits of Irondale shall be designated the "Trooper Robert Kolilis Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by the Missouri State Troopers Association.
