Text
The commission shall develop specific goals for minority employment and training and the use of minority-owned construction companies. The commission shall annually provide a report to the general assembly on or before June fifteenth of each year. The report shall, at a minimum, provide detailed information which indicates the progress made in achievement of the specific goals established under this section.
