1.There is hereby created the "Interagency Committee on Special Transportation" within the Missouri department of transportation.  The members of the committee shall be:  the director of the Missouri department of transportation, or his or her designee; the deputy commissioner of the department of elementary and secondary education, responsible for special transportation, or his or her designee; the director of the division of senior and disability services of the department of health and senior services, or the director's designee; the director of the family support division of the department of social services, or the director's designee; the director of the division of developmental disabilities and the director of the division of administrative services of the department of mental he
