Text

On or after June 30, 1996, any person, firm, corporation or other entity doing business in the state of Missouri that has within the year of issuance and the two calendar years prior to the issuance of any bonds pursuant to sections 226.900 to 226.910 and sections 226.133 to 226.136 made campaign contributions as defined in chapter 130 in the aggregate in excess of one thousand dollars to any statewide elected official or any member of the general assembly shall not serve as financial underwriter, financial advisor, or investment advisor to any bonds issued pursuant to the authority granted in sections 226.900 to 226.910 and sections 226.133 to 226.136 .
