Text
Nothing in sections 217.490 to 217.520 or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the application of the habitual offender law, sections 556.280 and 556.290 , to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of this agreement.
