Text

Each offender paroled or discharged from the department may, depending on need, be furnished appropriate civilian clothing and up to two hundred dollars.  Any other money and property belonging to the offender which has been in the custody and control of the department and which the offender was authorized to retain shall be returned to him, except for any money or property confiscated as contraband pursuant to section 217.365 .
