§ 217.337 — Schedule of activities, work, and program, adherence to, exemption.

Missouri·Title XIII CORRECTIONAL AND PENAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 217 Department of Corrections

1.  All general population offenders shall be expected to adhere to a schedule of activities of work and rehabilitative programs as prescribed for the offender by the department.  This schedule of activities may include, but shall not be limited to:

(1)Academic education programs;
(2)Vocational training programs;
(3)Treatment programs; and
(4)Employment. 2.  An offender may be excused from adhering to the required schedule of activities assigned to him if a reason can be established by the offender and validated by the chief administrative officer of the correctional center to which the offender is assigned.
