Text

1.Any person who has been adjudicated a delinquent by a juvenile court for committing or attempting to commit a sex-related offense which if committed by an adult would be considered a felony offense pursuant to chapter 566 including, but not limited to, rape, forcible sodomy, child molestation and sexual abuse, shall be considered a juvenile sex offender and shall be required to register as a juvenile sex offender by complying with the registration requirements provided for in this section, unless such juvenile adjudicated as a delinquent is fourteen years of age or older at the time of the offense and the offense adjudicated would be considered a felony under chapter 566 if committed by an adult, which is equal to or more severe than aggravated sexual abuse under 18 U.S.C. Section 2241
