Text
Upon a finding of paternity by a court, the parties to a paternity action may submit, either separately or jointly, a parenting plan, as defined in section 452.310 , regarding the child who is the subject of such paternity action. If a parenting plan is submitted, the court shall order a parenting plan for such child. If the court does not have proper jurisdiction, the court shall transfer the case to an appropriate court having jurisdiction on the matter.
