Text

1.If the existence of a parent and child relationship is declared, and a duty of support has been established pursuant to sections 210.817 to 210.852 , the support obligation may be enforced in the same or in other appropriate proceedings by the mother, the child, the family support division, or any other public agency that has furnished or may furnish the reasonable expenses of pregnancy, confinement, education, support, or funeral, or by any other person, including a private agency, to the extent he or she has furnished or is furnishing these expenses.
2.The court shall order that support payments be made to the clerk of the circuit court as trustee for remittance to the person entitled to receive the payments, or where that person has assigned his or her support rights to the famil
