Text

1.  As used in this section, the following terms shall mean:

(1)"Child" , any child or youth placed in the legal custody of the division under chapter 211 ;
(2)"Division" , the children's division of the department of social services of the state of Missouri;
(3)"Money" , any legal tender, note, draft, certificate of deposit, stocks, bond or check;
(4)"Unmet needs" , needs for which the division is not required by law to provide financial support, including, but not limited to, the following:
(a)Tuition, tutoring, and training, including application fees, books, equipment, and testing;
(b)Transportation to and from work, training, education, or to maintain family connections;
(c)Housing expenses if the child is preparing to leave the custody of the division for reasons rel
