Text

Any program licensed by the department of elementary and secondary education pursuant to this chapter providing child care to only school-age children shall comply with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter; except that, for safety, health and fire purposes, all buildings and premises for any such programs shall be deemed to be in compliance with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter.
