Text

1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of sections 209.319 to 209.339 , the committee may adopt rules and regulations, not otherwise inconsistent with sections 209.319 to 209.339 , to carry out the provisions of sections 209.319 to 209.339 .  No rule shall be adopted except in accordance with the procedures set forth in chapter 536 .  The committee may promulgate, by rule, "Ethical Rules of Conduct" governing the practices of interpreters. 2.  The committee may promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to, but not limited to:

(1)The form and content of license applications required by the provisions of sections 209.319 to 209.339 and the procedures for filing an application for an initial license, renewal license or temporary license in this state;
