1. Sections 208.600 to 208.630 * shall be known and may be cited as the "Elderly Health and Nutrition Act of 1994". 2. As used in sections 208.600 to 208.630 * , the following terms mean:
(1)"Elderly hunger" , the lack of sufficient food or nutrition, or food and nutrition, to maintain health or morale that may be caused by a variety of factors including poverty, isolation, medical, mental or dental problems, lack of knowledge of helping programs, lack of transportation, fear of crime or other causes;
(2)"Elderly person" , a Missouri citizen who is sixty years of age or older;
(3)"Food bank" , a food collection and distribution agency, of which there are at least six in Missouri, which is organized for the purpose of distributing emergency food supplies to low-income people who wo
